Consent to Personal Data Processing
A separate, specific consent confirmed by its own checkbox before a form is submitted.
Consent terms
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting a form, I act freely, by my own will and in my own interest and consent to ФГБОУ ВО «Санкт-Петербургский государственный архитектурно-строительный университет», 190005, Россия, г. Санкт-Петербург, 2-я Красноармейская ул., д. 4, processing my personal data on the following terms.
Data and purposes
For a question: name, organisation and position, email, phone or messenger, subject and message. For a membership application: organisation, type and city, contact name and position, email, phone or messenger, comment and any voluntarily attached PDF/DOCX content. The purposes are to answer the request, consider membership, communicate about it and maintain an accountable record.
Processing
I consent to collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision to contracted hosting or email processors where required for these purposes, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. Public disclosure, sale, unrelated advertising and solely automated significant decisions are excluded.
Term and withdrawal
Consent applies from submission until the purpose is achieved and for no more than three years after the last substantive interaction, unless law requires otherwise. I may withdraw it by emailing privacy@example.ru. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed and data may continue to be processed where another legal ground applies.
How confirmation is recorded
The system records the consent version, interface language and submission timestamp together with the request. Consent is not bundled with acceptance of another document: the Privacy Notice acknowledgement is a separate checkbox.
